Central Element bolsters team with new Acquisitions Manager
Central Element has strengthened its acquisitions model with the appointment of Ryan Bennetts as Acquisitions Manager. Bennetts, who possesses over a decade of property experience will work alongside Central Element’s Directors.23/07/2019
The Central Element team, who have recently acquired sites in A-grade locations across the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, will continue their existing development strategies; acquiring residential sites opportune for short term re-development, as well as preferencing value-add opportunities and partnerships spanning commercial, residential, adaptive re-use and hotels.

Mr Bennetts will be a valuable addition to the team due to his in-depth market knowledge and extensive network. A former Associate Director at Colliers International, he brings over a decade of property experience spanning across construction management and commercial real estate. Prior to Colliers, he held roles at leading construction companies Probuild and St Hilliers, before establishing his own consultancy firm, B&W Property.
