The Central Element team, who have recently acquired sites in A-grade locations across the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, will continue their existing development strategies; acquiring residential sites opportune for short term re-development, as well as preferencing value-add opportunities and partnerships spanning commercial, residential, adaptive re-use and hotels.
Central Element’s new Acquisition Manager
Mr Bennetts will be a valuable addition to the team due to his in-depth market knowledge and extensive network. A former Associate Director at Colliers International, he brings over a decade of property experience spanning across construction management and commercial real estate. Prior to Colliers, he held roles at leading construction companies Probuild and St Hilliers, before establishing his own consultancy firm, B&W Property.
Nathan Chivas, Central Element’s Development Director says Mr Bennetts’ existing relationships will strengthen Central Element’s network of opportunities to great strategic effect.
“I am excited to welcome Ryan to the Central Element team. He brings with him a wealth of experience which will allow us to further collaborate with our ever-expanding network of opportunity spotters and strengthen our relationship-based acquisition model.
Already, our integrated business model supports a range of capabilities including planning, design and construction, development management and marketing. The addition of Ryan’s skills in acquisitions further affirms Central Element is the obvious choice for vendors looking to partner with a developer to achieve uplift. ”
