Natalie Ross joins as Central Element’s new Senior Development Manager, her role will encompass strategy, design and delivery across her developments. With over a decade of varied property experience spanning across residential, retail, hotel developments and student accommodation, Natalie is a highly skilled and experienced property professional. She holds a Masters in Property Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. Natalie most recently held senior positions at Scape Australia and The Salvation Army Aged Care Plus where she was responsible for delivering several projects ranging from $5 million up to $200 million project value, covering all aspects of concept design, feasibility analysis, environmental sustainability.

Steve Karam, a development and construction veteran who also holds over a decade of experience in the industry, joins as Senior Project Manager. He will be the Project Superintendent for Central Element developments, overseeing the construction delivery of all projects. With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Diploma in Engineering Practice, Steve has honed his skills delivering many complex construction developments for tier one Australian developers, his diverse experience spans across residential, mixed-use and 5-star hotel developments.

Led by Development Director, Nathan Chivas, Natalie and Steve join an already diverse team with broad capabilities from finance and acquisitions, planning and development and sales and marketing.
