Creating homes people love
At Central Element, we’re committed to quality – and proud of our ability to create developments that enhance communities.19/03/2018
This last year has been big for us – completing three major new developments, each designed to fit in with their own individual neighbourhoods and responding to the needs of the local home buyers.
When you buy a property from Central Element, we welcome you to our family. We work with our partners to make it easy for you to join us too – little touches that make all the difference when you see your home for the first time, such as personally introducing you to your building manager, taking through the steps to
moving and a few other happy surprises on the day. And we are with you on the whole journey. Collaborative relationships with partners such as Coco Republic take the stress out of moving and our home buyers receive helpful tips on everything from strata details and energy providers to blinds and furnishings. It’s part of who we are as a company. It’s more than bricks and mortar; it’s about creating homes that people love.
Here are some of some of our recent successes here:
Aura is our flagship development, offering luxury apartments and penthouses in the prestigious upper north shore, with spectacular views of the Sydney skyline, from the city to the Blue Mountains.
Through clever planning, the final design incorporated a large ground-level common area to allow residents to meet and socialise with their neighbours as part of our commitment to enhancing communities.
Nestled within established trees on Pymble’s iconic hilltop, the dynamic buildings work around carefully integrated landscaping and dense lush planting. It’s all just metres to Pymble station, shopping, schools and local attractions, putting purchasers at the beating heart of an amazing lifestyle.
The apartments optimise views and liveability, with individualised planning and carefully considered interior design. Large glass windows open to generously sized entertainer’s balconies. Kitchens and bathrooms feature polyurethane, stone and concealed lighting for a timeless finish, while open-plan living areas meet the consumer demands for spaciousness. Aura ticked all the boxes on our customers’ must-haves, including a high level of security, privacy, and a timeless elegance in a beautiful setting.
We are proud to have delivered a new level of luxury to the Central Coast’s Point Frederick. Boasting spectacular views from almost every room, the Capri development encapsulates the best things in life found in this cherished waterfront community.
Along with The Albany, Capri has led the way in revitalising this area of the Central Coast, with one of the first new developments in the area.
Point Frederick is one of the most prominent and tightly held enclaves on the Central Coast, known for its substantial established homes, leafy streets, and unrivalled water views. The new owners at the waterside homes of Capri are just a stroll from the shoreline, as well as East Gosford’s welcoming village centre. Designed by architects White + Dickson working with experienced local builder Richard Crooks Constructions, these luxurious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences are all just 40 minutes to Sydney’s North Shore and 60 minutes to Newcastle.
At Central Element, we understand the intricacies of the local area – and where the blue-ribbon locations are. The Albany is located in one of the Central Coast’s most established and beautiful areas, with grand homes set in quiet tree-lined streets and spectacular waterside views.
The studios and apartments are designed by architects Marchese Partners with respect for their privileged waterside setting, making them ideal for investors or owner/occupiers. Only 180m from the shores, The Albany is a sanctuary for all seasons.
Reaching out to the water, the residences reflect the natural beauty of Sydney’s coastline. Awe-inspiring views and wonderful architecture unite to create memorable living experiences. The warmth, spaciousness and clean lines of the interior spaces make them as welcoming as the outdoors, with an indoor-outdoor flow. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in and spacious interiors and terraces let in glorious sunlight.
